With an almost full size 20″ x 55″ running belt you have all the room you need to use this at its high 40% incline, or as a regular level treadmill. At 40% incline you will burn 5x the calories in the same amount of time, which makes this an excellent option for those trying to lose weight, or build muscle in their calves and thighs.
